Re: Correct the wording on our web page

Musa, thank you for your excellent work in establishing a web site for our family, your technical talent has been a great asset in this time of difficulty. However, after reading the wording “encouraging” people to send donations to Khadijah, your sister, it becomes necessary for me to openly correct this innocent mistake that I overlooked in the use of the word encouraging. While we are “encouraging” those who visit our site to get involved and are encouraging them to post their comments I would not feel comfortable to use that same word when it comes to people sending donations. We are grateful for those donations given but we are not comfortable encouraging anyone to donate monies. This has to happen as a result of their unsolicited kind and charitable spirit. We are merely making available an address as was requested by the many people who called, on their own and desired to be able to communicate with Khadijah and to this end we have complied and are thankful for their kind words, their warm spirit and Islamic concern.
Musa please continue with your outstanding work of monitoring and facilitating our web site and thanks for making this correction for us.
