Despite our (Siddeeq Family) sincere effort to have the Muhammad family sit down with the Siddeeq family in front of a mutually chosen Islamic Shurah board to render an Islamic verdict to our conflicting positions based on the authority of the Qur’an as to who in fact was the true wife of Imam W. D. Mohammed at the time of his death and how his personal estate and affairs should have been handled at the time of his death and should be handled from this point forward, the Mohammed family, (consisting of Shirley Muhammad and her children: Wallace Jr, Laila, and N’gina) chose to reject putting their trust in the revealed word of Allah from the Qur’an concerning this matter. Following in the mind set of their family predecessor after the death of The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, they denied the truth, as they, as well as the entire Muslim Community knew it to be, hired a lawyer, and turned to the Cook County Court as their Kiblah (orientation) and ultimate authority in this matter.

The initial court date for this matter to be heard commences in Judge Budzinski’s Probate Court Room 1803 in the Daley Center on Monday, March 9th. 2009 at 10:00 AM. We are asking every Muslim who knows and loves the truth to come to the court that day and every day thereafter to be a dignified, respectable and responsible witness for the truth. “A reminder benefits the believer”. May Allah reward you and your efforts for continuing to follow the guidelines of Al-Islam.
It is unfortunate that your pleas have fallen upon “deaf” ears with Shirley and her children. It is so evident that those who seek monetary gains and reject the teachings of Quran have been blinded and continue in their efforts to do injustice towards the Imam’s wife.
And while Shirley and her family have chosen to make those outside of Islam a judge in their affairs, and should they prevail, all they will have taken is a piece of “the fire”.
As stated above, “A reminder benefits the believer” and by their actions they are displaying that they are NOT believers.

Dear Brother M. Siddeeq/and Family. Your courage and faith shall be rewarded. I support you in all that you and your family are in Jihad for. Your struggle is our struggle. I shall sign and notirized my affidivate and send it right away.
I would like to be there in Chicago on the 9th, but can not be there in body. However in spirit, I shall. The believers there in Chicago and surrounding areas should be out in huge numbers at Daley Plaza, the court floor hallways, and room, all packed with believers in support of sister Khadijah S. Mohammed, your daughter, and widow of our leader.
