Since our last update on April 8, 2011, our attorney has sent an email to Attorney Zubair Tajuddin (the attorney representing Shirley Muhammad as supervised administrator of Imam W. D. Mohammed’s estate) to get him to make progress on separating the Group Volume Buy funds from the estate.
On April 18, 2011 we received an email response from Attorney Tajuddin stating that he would look into who was the signer on the Group Volume Buy account. We believe that Imam W. D. Mohammed was the sole signer on the account. However, we are thankful that we have at least received a response from Attorney Tajuddin. We will report to you what he reports to us and, Insha-Allah, we will follow up with him frequently to make sure he follows through in getting the entire matter resolved.
