We have gotten a somewhat favorably response from Shirley’s attorney, Attorney Tajuddin. He has submitted paperwork to allow the bank to release the money in the Group Volume Buy account. However, we have another hurdle to overcome. Attorney Tajuddin is suggesting that the entirety of the funds do not belong to the Group Volume Buy Purchasers but should go to pay back a loan that he says Imam Mohammed owes. The money in the Group Volume Buy account belongs to the Group Volume Buy Purchasers. We will continue working until this matter is resolved in the manner in which Imam Mohammed would have it resolved. We will keep you updated of our progress.
